All submissions and payments (membership and exhibition fees) must be received by November 23, 2025. At that time, we will review space in the gallery for larger pieces. [Please note that you might be asked to substitute a large submission with a smaller one.]
-
Artists must submit an image of their artwork with the application (no last-minute substitutions, so plan ahead!)
-
A completed Artist Profile must be uploaded to the FASM website before applying (Click here). This is needed for the Celebrate the Season Exhibition Catalogue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS:
-
Make sure your Artist Profile on the FASM website is complete and up-to-date, especially your contact details, which are needed in case one of your pieces sells. We will be including the following items from your Artist Profile for the Exhibition Catalogue: head and shoulder photograph of you, artist statement and bio, website and social media handle(s), and contact information (phone # or email). Click here to complete the Artist Profile Form.
-
Note that new guidelines for exhibitions in the Holcim Gallery require that each artist provide Insurance Value for each piece submitted. This will not be published in the catalogue. Insurance Value should be consistent with other items sold of a similar size and medium that can be verified by your records.
-
The Sale of Art is between the Artist and the Purchaser. Once you have sold a piece, please email Anindita at anindita.mazumdar@fasm.ca to let us know about the sale. At this point we will ask the Gallery to put a Red dot to mark it as sold.
-
FASM reserves the right to use images submitted for the catalogue for the promotion of the Exhibition.
-
Please note that the work cannot be removed until the Exhibition Outtake date.
-
We ask that the Artist be present when the Purchaser is picking up the sold artwork. Please take a picture with them and your Art and email it to us so we can promote it on social media. Please tag #fineartssocietyofmilton and in your posts as well, and share with FASM's Facebook and Instagram (@fineartsmilton).
