Each FASM member is entitled to have their own page on the FASM website. This includes each member included in a family membership.

When you fill out the form, be prepared to upload a head and shoulders photo of yourself - be sure that your head is centred in the photo - along with (neatly cropped) images of 5 pieces of your artwork.   

 Information and images can be refreshed each year, after you renew your yearly Membership fee.
